This Agreement, between you and TexasComputerJobs.com. (the "Company"), governs your use of the site at www.texascomputerjobs.com (the "Site") and the Company's services (the "Services"). By accessing the Site, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Site.
Acceptable site use

The Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment, career information, and training, and employers seeking employees. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information.

 
Prohibited uses

The Company specifically prohibits any use of the Site, and all users agree not to use the Site, for any of the following:

  1. Posting any incomplete, false, or inaccurate biographical information or information that is not your own biographical information
  2. Posting any material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful Posting any franchise, pyramid-scheme, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement, or other business opportunity
  3. Transmitting, distributing, storing, or destroying material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or in a manner that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others Violating the privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others
  4. Deleting or altering material posted by others
  5. Using any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the Site Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable load on the Site's infrastructure
  6. Sharing your password with third parties or using your password for an unauthorized purpose Using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism (including without limitation: browsers, spiders, robots, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site, other than the search engine and search agents available from the Company on the Site and other than generally available third-party Web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer). Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate occurrences that may involve security violations, and it may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
 
Use of material
All text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, code, software, and other material (the "Material") in the Site is © 1998-2009 texascomputerjobs.com, all rights reserved, or is licensed from the Company's content suppliers or clients. The Company authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the Material solely for your personal, noncommercial use. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service mark, and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any duplication you make of the Material. You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use of the Material on any other Web site, or in a networked computer environment, for any purpose is prohibited. You shall not copy or adapt the HTML code that the Company creates to generate its pages.
 
Termination
If you breach this Agreement, the Company may, in its sole discretion, pursue all legal remedies, including but not limited to, deleting your postings from the Site, terminating your registration, and ceasing your access to the Site or any other Service provided to you. If you sign up for an account as a Client User, and you do not pay by credit card, you will be billed for minimum one month of service, or the number of months you signed up for, due 10 days from the date you created the account. By creating an account, you acknolwedge that you will be billed and that the debt will be considered legitimate and enforceable. If you created an account by mistake, you have 24 hours to notify our office in writing at clientservices AT texascomputerjobs DOT com to note your error so that you will not be billed.
