PASSWORD PROBLEMS?

If you are having problems logging onto the system, check the following:
  • Are you using your full email address, the one you used to sign up, as your User ID?
  • Are you typing the password into the field EXACTLY as it was sent to you? These passwords are case-sensitive, and you can copy and paste the password out of the original email message into the password field to make sure the characters match.
  • Are you logging into the right section? There are two distinct places to log in, the Job Seeker login, and the Employer login. Make sure that you choose the right one.
  • Try having your password e-mailed to you:

Please enter your User ID in the field below. Your user ID is your FULL EMAIL ADDRESS that you
used when you signed up for the service. Also, please select whether you are a client or a job seeker.
YOUR PASSWORD WILL BE MAILED TO THAT ADDRESS!
